We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible in order to make our products affordable to everyone. We don't profit on shipping, you'll be required to pay only the actual shipping charge and minimal cost of packaging materials. Located in Niagara Falls, we are able to ship on both sides of the USA/Canada border to the advantage of our North American customers. All orders are shipped by USPS or Canada Post respectively. Regular processing time in our facility is 5 business days or less, this does not apply to orders requiring any type of custom work. Most packages shipped within USA and Canada are usually received in 10-12 days, internationally 15-20 days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. If your domestic order does not show up after 15 business days or international order after 25 business days, please contact us with your transaction ID, date of order placement and the email address used to make the payment.
Overseas Customers:
There is a small preset charge on decal orders depending on the total amount in your shopping cart. Some products may require additional charge to cover shipping to your destination. If needed you will receive a payment request reflecting the actual shipping amount after you place the order. We don't make profit on shipping, you'll be required to pay only the actual shipping charge. Please be aware there might be additional taxes, duties, brokerage fees and other fees in order for the package to clears customs at your own country. Any of these charges will be your responsibility, if you're not sure what they are, please check with your Customs Office before ordering.

This information is collected and used to process the transaction. Following a transaction, we may contact cardholders by phone or email for security purposes. We will not ask you to enter any financial information on our website. You will be asked to enter such information only after you're transferred to PayPal secure web server, which is necessary in order to process the transaction. This process is completely secure and PayPal guarantees safety of your personal data. Except the above mentioned coordination with PayPal, Needasticker.com does not share personal information with any other third parties.
- Returns & Replacements

If you change your mind and would like to return the product you can do so within 10 days of receiving the order. You must contact Customer Service for authorization before you send anything back to us. Returns received without authorization will be refused. Once we receive the product, we'll inspect it and if it's found to be in "sellable" condition we will refund your money less the amount we paid for shipping. If any of our products is found defective upon receipt we will replace it free of charge or if product is no longer available, full refund will be issued.

Please notice the "https:" in the address bar of each page in our website. This means all the information you enter on our website is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by a third party. Online payments are handled by PayPal on their secure server. All you need is a valid Credit or Debit Card to make one-time payment without having to become a member, and if you already are a member and choose to use the funds in your account, you may do so if you wish. PayPal provides protection for both customer and merchant. No credit card records are kept in our database, in fact no employee of Needasticker.com will ever see your CC account number. We also accept Postal Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and even Personal Checks made out to George Manolov c/o Needasticker.com and mailed to the address provided below. Please note there will be a delay in processing your order if you choose to pay by check or MO. Prices are subject to change at any time. An order secures the price only when payment is received. If there is a difference between promotional price on Needasticker.com and such advertised on a different place, we will always honor the lower price provided it's not an expired offer.
